The injection moulding department consists of several production stations equipped with Engel and Negri Bossi injection moulding presses. All machines are computerised and monitored by qualified personnel.

Plaster produces plastic components from a wide range of thermoplastic materials (such as ABS, ASA, CR, NBR, PA, PARA, PBT, PC, PE, HDPE, PET, PMMA, POM, PP, PS, PVC, SAN, TPE, TPU) with particular expertise in technopolymers, including fibre, sphere or powder-filled materials, blended materials, and materials with additives (self-extinguishing, laser-engravable, UV stabilised, lubricant, heat stabilised, electrically conductive plastics, etc.).

Our production capabilities include over-moulding components like various inserts, electronic pins, and connectors. Additionally, we can over-mould plastic items with elastomeric coatings in specific areas.

Select production stations are equipped with robotic Cartesian arms to automate processes such as sprue extraction and insert placement.

Each production station features a dryer for raw material pre-treatment, including innovative wheel dryers that reduce consumption by 30%, provide effective dehumidification, and allow remote control and monitoring of operating conditions. Moreover, all stations are equipped with two-zone mould temperature controllers for differential regulation.

We also provide electrostatic charge removal for plastic materials particularly prone to this phenomenon.

Through trusted partner collaborations, Plaster can provide pad-printed, laser-engraved, painted, or chromed parts.

Production scraps are always sorted and recycled.
