Complete In-House Mould Construction: All operations are performed internally.

Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary technologies for the complete fabrication of injection moulding tools, starting from raw material bars.

We perform standard machining operations alongside die-sinking, wire EDM, and precision microdrilling EDM. Electrode modelling and machining for EDM are also performed in-house.

The carbon steel commonly used in our moulds is through-hardened to exceed 50 HRC hardness, ensuring excellent mould durability and high-quality plastic products. The quality of mould mating surfaces, achieved through precise manufacturing techniques, prevents flash formation during production.

Furthermore, the expertise, equipment, and methods we have developed since 1973 have enabled us to explore new methodologies and fabricate specialized tools, primarily for internal use, dedicated to assemblies and fixtures. These include measurement dies and automatic mounting systems that reduce assembly times and manual labour.

Through trusted partners, we can provide moulds with aesthetic or functional surface textures (wood-like, stone-like, leather-like, geometric, Voronoi textures, or functional textures for mechanical friction, specific wettability, etc.) that will appear on the injection moulded part surfaces. Texturing can be selected from catalogues, based on expert recommendations, or according to customer technical specifications.
