FIPFG (Form In Place Foam Gasket) Service: Application of polyurethane gaskets for third parties.

Since 2009, Plaster has specialized in applying custom gaskets directly to components. The polyurethane gasket adheres to components of all materials, becoming an integral part. When natural adhesion between any material and the gasket is insufficient, we can pre-apply a primer to enhance adhesion significantly.

These gaskets consist of polyurethane foam with a surface membrane suitable for sealing mated parts such as enclosures, cases, or boxes, protecting their contents from dust and liquids. This technology currently achieves an IP 67 protection level.
Alternatively, foam dispensing can create elastic compensation dampers designed to eliminate clearance and vibrations in assemblies.

The application is performed using robotized Sonderhoff equipment with active control of material flow, component mixture, and air addition through programmable recipes.

This technology is currently used across various sectors: lighting, electronics, electrical cabinets, automotive, household appliances, filters, and packaging.
