Design and Simulation

Our technical office, located in close proximity to the workshop, features four fixed and additional mobile computer stations for designing, modelling, drawing, and managing commissioned projects.

Moldflow process analyses help our technicians optimise mould design choices and approaches while enabling us to inform customers about potential issues and alternative solutions for final part geometries.

Mould modelling and design are performed using CAD and CAM software, creating an integrated approach between modelling, machining, and mould construction that streamlines and accelerates all operations.

Furthermore, the technical office maintains communication with the customer to assist in component design, material selection, and interaction between components. Technicians utilize Finite Element Analyses (FEA) to assess mechanical resistance and compare various solutions.

To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of moulded parts and validate the initial Moldflow analyses, our technical office utilizes a certified optical image dimension measurement system equipped with mechanical probes. This device, shared with the quality department, can quickly measure difficultto-detect dimensions.

For local warping or deformations that are not easily measurable, the technical office employs a dedicated photogrammetry system for 3D scanning, allowing direct comparison between physical samples and reference 3D models.
